Ingredients
PEANUT BUTTER CUP DONUTS
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp zero calorie sweetener
- 1 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp pure peanut butter
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Icing
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and put together a mini donut pan with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, stir collectively the almond flour, sweetener, salt and baking powder.
- In one other bowl, whisk collectively the egg, peanut butter, almond milk and vanilla.
- Add the moist substances to the dry and stir till mixed.
- Distribute the batter between 5 donut molds.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes and a toothpick comes out clear. Let cool.
- In a microwave secure bowl, soften the chocolate and coconut oil collectively in 10 second increments till clean.
- Dip every donut within the chocolate and let the surplus drip off.
- Top with Quest Peanut Butter Cup items.
- Place within the fridge for two minutes till stable.
