- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1⁄8 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 3⁄4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 Quest Blueberry Cobbler Hero Bar, finely chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and put together a muffin tin with 8 liners.
